When a form endpoint is configured, the name, reply address, interest and message entered in the enquiry form are sent to that third-party endpoint. When it is absent or unavailable, the site opens a populated email draft instead. The selected hosting, endpoint and email providers may process technical or message data under their own terms.

Submitting a note begins a conversation. It does not reserve an object or create a commission agreement. Material availability, scope, timing and delivery are confirmed directly before work begins.

Form values remain present if the configured endpoint rejects a request. The site then explains the handoff and opens an email draft containing the same details so the enquiry is not silently discarded.

Stop wearing a piece if a stone moves, a claw catches, a hinge changes or a thread loosens. Contact the atelier before using heat, steam, powered cleaning or chemicals when the material record is uncertain.
